GFV055 is a fully furnished genuine country house which combines rustic charm with modern comfort. The house is located in the outskirts of Victoria, just 5 minutes away from the centre and near to all amenities. There is a choice of two restaurants just 200 metres away. All beaches are just 5 minutes away. Entering through the door one finds himself in the pool-side embellished with a pool-side shower, relaxing sun-beds for relaxing by the pool, barbeque and al-fresco dining facilities. One enters an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge part consists of a very comfortable couch and there is a cable TV for the guests' entertainment. The dining area consists of a rustic-style table. At the end of this room one finds the large comfortable kitchen equipped with a 4-hob cooking unit, a large oven, a large fridge-freezer and a toaster. In the cupboards one finds enough cooking-pans and all the cutlery and cover all your needs. Leading off this open plan room is the "bedroom landing" through a delightful arch. One can access four doors from this landing leading to the 5 bedrooms, the bathrooms and the internal courtyard. The bathroom's facilities include a W.C., shower, vanity unit and an automatic washing machine.

The five very large bedrooms can easily accommodate 12/16. The furniture is pine throughout.
