Genuine Country House with Private Pool

Fully furnished genuine country house which combines rustic charm with modern comfort. The house is located in the outskirts of Victoria, just 5 minutes away from the centre and near to all amenities. There is a choice of two restaurants just 200 metres away. All beaches are just 5 minutes away.

Entering through the right-hand side door one finds himself in the very large pool-side area embellished with a pool-side shower, relaxing sun-loungers for relaxing by the pool, barbeque and al-fresco dining facilities. One enters an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge part consists of a very comfortable couch and there is a cable TV for the guests' entertainment. The dining area consists of a rustic-style table that can easily accommodate six persons.

At the other side of this large area one finds the large comfortable kitchen equipped with a 4-hob cooking unit, a large oven a large fridge-freezer and a toaster. In the cupboards one finds enough cooking-pans and all the cutlery and cover necessary for six-persons. Hot and cold water is available throughout the farmhouse. The bedrooms are to be found at either end of this main living area. Each bedroom has an adjoining private bathroom comprising a shower, W.C. and a vanity wash-hand basin. One bathroom is equipped with a washing machine for our guests use.
The furniture is pine throughout.
